摘  要:小微企业钻削铁芯内孔通常采用人工操作专用夹持工具在台钻上钻削,提高了生产效率但质量得不到保证。为了降低人工成本,提高生产效率,满足小型电机配件生产厂家的需求,研制了一种小型鼠笼式转子铁芯内孔自动钻孔专机。该专机基于自动钻孔机动作方案,完成了气动系统回路设计、电气控制系统的设计、PLC控制电路以及端口的设计。通过样机试制试钻表明,所设计的自动钻孔设备能完成预定的功能。In small and micro enterprises, special clamping tools are generally used to drill iron core inner holes on bench drills, which improves the production efficiency but can’t guarantee the quality. In order to reduce the labor cost, improve the production efficiency, and fulfill the needs of small motor fitting producers, a small model of squirrel-cage rotor core automatic inner hole drilling machine was developed. This model is based on the operation scheme of automatic drilling machine, and complete the design of pneumatic system circuit, electrical control system, PLC control circuit and ports. The trial production and drill of the prototype shows that the new-designed automatic drilling equipment can fulfill the predetermined function.
