摘 要:矿井带式输送机是运输散料的重要设备,针对煤矿常用的带式输送机启动过程特性而产生的动力学问题,对其电控系统设计重点研究。对带式输送机所需的技术指标进行分析,并对启动过程的动态特性进行研究,以更好地掌握实际运行过程中的动态特性,以DSP微处理器为核心设计了电控变频启动方案,介绍了电机转速检测设计、通信等硬件电路设计,并为软件系统编译启动、变频调速以及功率平衡等控制程序,从而实现煤矿所需电控需求。Mine belt conveyor is an important equipment for transporting bulk materials. Aiming at the dynamic problems caused by the startup process characteristics of the belt conveyor commonly used in coal mines, the design of its electric control system was focused on. The technical indexes required by the belt conveyor was analyzed,and the dynamic characteristics of the starting process were studied,so as to better grasp the dynamic characteristics of the actual operation process. With DSP Microprocessor as the core, the scheme of electric control variable frequency starting was designed, the design of motor speed detection, communication and other hardware circuit were introduced, and the control program of starting,variable frequency speed regulation and power balance were designed,so as to realize the electric control requirements of coal mine.
