摘　　要：为了积极响应国网公司“运维检修一体化”的方针,紧密跟进中央“电网改革”的步伐;本着对个人职能的尽职、对电网设备尽责的理念;及早转变传统工作及思维模式,对今后运维检修工作的开展推进起到缓冲作用,从检修方向着手,以解决运维工作目前的迫切问题。In order to actively respond to the national grid company's policy of"integration of operation and maintenance",I closely follow the pace of the central"power grid reform",in line with the concept of due diligence to personal functions and grid equipment,and intend to change the traditional work and mode of thinking as soon as possible,play a buffer role in the promotion of operation and maintenance work in the future,start from the direction of maintenance,and thus solve the current urgent problems of operation and maintenance work.
