摘　　要：通过对矩形坯轻压下技术的开发与推广实践,高碳钢轧材偏析2.0级及以下综合比例稳定在96%以上,铸坯质量得到显著提升,用户的满意度得到提升。同时也希望能够为其他企业提供参考和借鉴。Through the development and promotion practice of light reduction technology for rectangular billet,the comprehensive proportion of segregation grade 2.0(and below)of high carbon steel is stable at more than 96%,the billet quality has been significantly improved,and the satisfaction of users has been improved.Meanwhile,this is also intended to provide reference for other enterprises.
