摘  要:为了研究水玻璃对大流动度的磷酸铵镁水泥(MAPC)浆体性能的影响,测试和分析了添加水玻璃的磷酸铵镁水泥浆体的强度、流动性、体积变形、吸水率、水化温度、水稳定性、微观结构以及物相组成,并将其与未添加水玻璃的磷酸铵镁水泥浆体的试验结果进行比较。结果表明:添加水玻璃能大幅度提高磷酸铵镁水泥浆体的流动性和强度,其28 d的抗折、抗压强度分别达到8.4 MPa、49.3 MPa,比同龄期空白组试件的抗折、抗压使结构提高了15.1%、17.1%;添加水玻璃会使MAPC硬化体一直处于微膨胀的状态;添加水玻璃使得结构更加致密,在经受水环境侵蚀时,MAPC硬化体的强度剩余率明显提高。In order to study the effect of water glass on the properties of high fluidity magnesium ammonium phosphate cement(MAPC)paste,the strength,fluidity,volume deformation,water absorption,hydration temperature,water stability,microstructure and phase composition of magnesium ammonium phosphate cement paste with water glass were tested and analyzed.The experimental results were compared with those of magnesium ammonium phosphate cement paste without water glass.The results show that adding water glass can greatly improve the fluidity of magnesium ammonium phosphate cement paste and strength.Its 28 d flexural and compressive strength is 8.4 MPa and 49.3 MPa.Compared with the blank specimens of the same age,the flexural and compressive strength of the specimens increases by 15.1%and 17.1%.The addition of water glass can keep the sclerotic body of MAPC in a slightly expansion and make the structure more compactness.The strength residual rate of MAPC sclerotic body increases significantly when it is eroded by water environment.
