摘　　要：目的分析军校学员训练伤病防护培训需求,为科学组织军校学员训练伤病防护培训提供依据。方法采用方便抽样方法抽取2018年某军校部分新入学学员作为调查对象,通过自制的军事训练伤病防护培训需求问卷进行调查。结果在军事训练伤病及其防护认知方面,青年学员较低,战士学员相对较高;在培训时机方面,应在科目训练前开展针对性培训;在培训模式方面,应综合运用以微课等多媒体资源为支撑的网上自学和以理论讲解、案例分析为特征的集中授课两种方式;在培训方法方面,应突出案例分析方法,并适当兼顾传统的理论讲解方法。在培训内容方面,应重点突出伤病发生机制、症状、防护措施和急救方法等内容;在能力形成方面,应建立可随机访问、多次测评的网上测评模拟训练机制。结论应采取综合措施,科学组织实施学员军事训练伤病防护培训。Objective To provide basis to organise training injury protection teaching for military cadets scientifically by analysing the training requirements on training injury protection.Methods Parts of newly enrolled cadets in a military college in 2018yr were surveyed by the self-made questionnaire.Results The understanding level of all the freshmen is lower correspondingly,but the students from troops superior to the students from senior middle schools.In teching mode,the integated mode including the self learning online based on multimedia technology and the centralized teaching is recommended.In teaching method,the case studying method and the theory teaching method are adopted,and the case studying method is emphasized.In teaching contents,the occurrence mechanism,symptoms,protection measure,emergency methods should be emphasized.In capability formation,the mechanism of flexible online exercise and appraisal should be built.Conclusion The synthetic measure should be taken for improving the effectiveness of the injury protection training.
