摘　　要："互联网+农业"模式为农业转型升级带来新动力源。本文从"互联网+农业"发展中的社会福利问题入手,研究"互联网+农业"的发展意义,提出建立专项物流体系的建议,得出政府适度加大农村物流体系补贴力度的结论。"Internet+Agriculture" mode provides a new power source for the transformation of agriculture.This paper studied the significance of the mode from the social welfare issues involved in the development of "Internet+Agriculture" model. It came to the conclusion that the government should increase the subsidy of the rural logistics system appropriately and put forward to establishment of a special logistics system.
