摘　　要：目的:探讨维生素A、E水平与子痫前期的相关性。方法:选取170例子痫前期孕妇作为研究对象,其中轻度子痫前期90例,重度子痫前期80例,另选取健康孕妇100例为对照组,采用高效液相色谱法检测三组孕妇血清维生素A、E水平,并进行相关性分析。结果:重度子痫前期组孕妇血清维生素A、E水平均明显低于轻度子痫前期组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度子痫前期组孕妇血清维生素A、E水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清维生素A、E水平与子痫前期严重程度呈负相关(r=-0.412、-0.385,P<0.05)。结论:血清维生素A、E水平与子痫前期严重程度呈负相关,子痫前期病情越严重,两者水平越低。Objective: To investigate correlations among vitamin A and E levels and Preeclampsia. Methods: 170 patients with preeclampsia were selected as the research objects, including 90 cases with mild preeclampsia and 80 cases with severe preeclampsia.100 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group. The serum vitamin A and E levels of the three groups were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. Then, the correlation analysis was performed. Results: The serum vitamin A and E levels in the severe preeclampsia group were lower than those in the mild preeclampsia group and the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum vitamin A and E levels in the mild preeclampsia group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum vitamin A and E levels were negatively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia(r=-0.412,-0.385, P<0.05). Conclusions: The serum vitamin A and E levels are negatively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia. The more severe the preeclampsia is, the lower the two levels are.
