宫颈癌患者化疗期生活质量及其影响因素的纵向研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌患者化疗期生活质量及其影响因素。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的宫颈癌患者120例,通过回顾性分析获取患者基础信息,基于FACT-Cx量表评价其化疗期生活质量,采取多元线性回归分析筛选其化疗期生活质量的影响因素。结果患者化疗前、第1次化疗后、第2次化疗后及第3次化疗后生活质量评分分别为(123.53±8.53)分、(116.73±6.42)分、(119.95±7.25)分、(123.43±7.95)分;经多元线性回归分析,宫颈癌患者化疗期生活质量影响因素包括学历、FIGO分期、自护能力、经济水平、社会支持(P<0.05),且各阶段生活质量的影响因素不同。结论宫颈癌患者化疗期生活质量处于中等水平,其影响因素包括学历、FIGO分期、自护能力、经济水平、社会支持,需据此确定干预措施,全面提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the the quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with cervical cancer during the period of chemotherapy.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.The patient’s basic information were obtained through retrospective analysis,and the quality of life during the period of chemotherapy was evaluated based on FACT-Cx scale.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to screen their factors influencing quality of life during the period of chemotherapy.Results The scores of patients'quality of life before chemotherapy,after the first chemotherapy,after the second chemotherapy,and after the third chemotherapy respectively were(123.53±8.53)points,(116.73±6.42)points,(119.95±7.25)points,and(123.43±7.95)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer during the period of chemotherapy including education background,FIGO staging,self-care ability,economic level,social support(P<0.05),and the factors affecting the quality of life in different stages were different.Conclusion The quality of life of patients with cervical cancer during the period of chemotherapy was at a medium level,and its influencing factors including education background,FIGO staging,self-care ability,economic level,and social support.The intervening measures need to be determined accordingly to improve the quality of life.
