摘  要:目的探讨维持性血液透析患者行内瘘护理专项健康教育的效果。方法选择2015年2月至2018年1月就诊本院的维持性血液透析患者80例作为研究对象,随机将患者等分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用内瘘护理专项健康教育,对照组采用常规内瘘护理。比较两组并发症、自我护理能力、自我管理能力。结果观察组血栓形成、内瘘狭窄、内瘘感染、内瘘动脉瘤发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我护理能力各条目评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我管理行为量表各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者采用内瘘护理专项健康教育,能够有效减少内瘘相关并发症发生风险,提高患者自我护理能力,具有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of applying special health education of internal fistula care for patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis who visited our hospital from February 2015 to January 2018 as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was given special health education of internal fistula care,and the control group was given routine internal fistula care.The complications,self-care ability and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of thrombosis,internal fistula stenosis,internal fistula infection,and internal fistula aneurysm in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each item of self-care ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The each dimension scores of self-management behavior scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of special health education of internal fistula care in patients with maintenance hemodialysis could effectively reduce the risk of internal fistula-related complications and improve the self-care ability of patients.It had certain application value.
