摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对乳腺癌手术患者自护能力及心理状态的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年5月我院收治的乳腺癌手术患者80例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上联合认知行为干预,比较两组患者干预前后的自护能力、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果实施认知行为干预后,观察组ESCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS,SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者实施认知行为干预疗法可有效缓解其非理性思维应对方式,降低其不良心理应激反应,提升治疗护理配合度和自我护理能力,达到改善疾病预后的目的,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of applying cognitive-behavioral intervention for self-care ability and psychological state of patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with cognitive-behavioral intervention on this basis.The self-care ability,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the ESCA score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cognitive-behavioral intervention therapy for breast cancer patients could effectively alleviate their irrational thinking and coping styles,reduce their adverse psychological stress responses,improve the degree of treatment and nursing cooperation and self-care ability to achieve the purpose of improving the prognosis of the disease,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
