Objective To explore the clinical effect of IMB model in pelvic floor muscle exercise after hysterectomy. Methods To 66 cases of patients undergoing hysterectomy who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 as the study objects. They were averagely divided into a control group and a study group according to the digital parity method. The control group was given routine exercise of pelvic floor muscles, and the study group was given IMB model intervention on this basis.About three months after the intervention, the incidence and severity of urinary incontinence and compliance with pelvic floor muscle function exercise were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of urinary incontinence in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the severity of urinary incontinence in the study group was significantly lighter than that in the control group, and the compliance with pelvic floor muscle function exercise in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of IMB model intervention in patients with pelvic floor muscle function training after hysterectomy could improve exercise compliance, reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence, and help restore pelvic floor function. Therefore,it is worth promoting.
