摘　　要：目的探讨监控视频回放法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1—12月我院手术室一线护士85名,利用监控视频回放法,截取护理人员在手术室工作中的缺陷片段,进行问题的总结反馈以及原因分析,同时加强核心制度的学习。比较实施该方法前后手术室护士护理质量合格率。结果实施监控视频回放法后护理人员的手卫生、安全核查、物品清点合格率均高于监控视频回放前(P<0.05)。结论监控视频回放法提高了护理质量合格率,有利于促进护理质量的持续改进,规范护理人员的工作流程,促进全员参与质量控制,从而有利于临床护理质量整体提升。Objective To explore the application effect of surveillance video playback method in nursing quality management of operating room.Methods To select 85 first-line nurses in the operating room of our hospital from January to December 2018.The defect segments of the nursing staff was intercepted in the operating room work by using surveillance video playback method to summarize the problems for feedback and analyze the reasons,and the core system learning was strengthened.The qualified rate of nursing quality in nursing staff of operating room before and after the implementation of this method was compared.Results After the surveillance video playback method was implemented,the nursing staff's hand hygiene,safety inspection,and qualification rates of inventory were higher than those before the surveillance video playback(P<0.05).Conclusion The surveillance video playback method improved the qualified rate of nursing quality,was conducive to the continuous improvement of nursing quality,standardizes the work process of nursing staff,promotes the participation of all staff in quality control,and was conducive to the overall improvement of clinical nursing quality.
