系统视角下我国资源型城市经济发展的影响因素与模式研究——基于110个地级城市的定性比较分析

摘　　要：系统视角下,本文借助环境、结构、功能三要素构建了资源型城市经济发展的理论框架,理清了发展实质、影响因素及其复杂关系,并以2013年、2017年110个资源型城市的相关数据为基础,利用相关分析和定性比较分析验证了影响因素的存在性、组合性和等效性特征,据此总结了资源型城市三大发展模式以及不同类型城市的多样化发展模式,发现了技术创新的全面作用、市场机制和政策支持的互动关系等,契合城市发展特点,为其实现持续发展提供了新思路。From the perspective of system,this paper bases on the"environment,structure and function"to construct the theoretical framework of economic development of resource-based cities,and clarifies the essence of development,the influencing factors and their complex relations.We collect the data of 110 resource-based cities in 2013 and 2017,and use the correlation analysis and qualitative comparative analysis to verify the existence,combination and equivalence of influencing factors.Therefore,this paper summarizes the three development models of resource-based cities and the diversified development models of different types of cities,and finds out the comprehensive role of technological innovation and the interactive relationship between market mechanism and policy support.This paper conforms to the development characteristics of resource-based cities,and provides a new way for the realization of sustainable development.
