摘  要:本研究以熊胆为对照物,通过来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定等方法对貉胆进行了生药学鉴定。结果表明,貉胆胆仁脆,半透明,表面有光泽,断面光滑,光泽明显,其粉末呈黄色或黄绿色,有腥气;显微镜下可观察到貉胆粉末中有无色或黄色的透明或半透明晶体存在,棱角分明,有明显条纹;紫外光下可观察到貉胆粉末有明亮黄绿色荧光;通过薄层色谱(Thin-layer Chromatography,TLC)试验,发现貉胆粉和熊胆粉均含有胆酸(Cholic acid,CA)。本研究为貉胆的鉴别及进一步开发利用提供了参考依据。In this experiment, Bear Bile used as a control, Raccoon Dog Bile was compared in the matter of the origin identification, character identification, microscopic identification and physicochemical identification. The results showed that Raccoon Dog Bile piece was brittle,translucent, the surface has burnish, section is smooth, burnish is apparent, Powder yellow,yellow green, have fishy smell. Under the microscope, Raccoon Dog Bile Powder can be observed with transparent or semitransparent crystals of colorless or yellow, sharp angles and obvious stripes. Under ultraviolet light, Raccoon Dog Bile Powder has bright yellow-green fluorescence.Through TLC(Thin-layer Chromatography)experiment, it was found that both Raccoon Dog Bile Powder and Bear Bile Powder had CA(Cholic Acid). It provides a reference for the identification and further development of Raccoon Dog Bile.
