铁皮石斛组织培养工厂化育苗及原生态栽培技术研究

摘　　要：野生铁皮石斛是我国珍贵的国家级二级保护植物,现已濒临灭绝,是一种珍贵中草药。本研究基于工厂化生产育苗及原生态栽培技术研究,对其工艺流程、试管苗移栽条件、及高效的铁皮石斛原生态栽培方式进行了筛选。结果表明:试管苗移植前经晾苗处理后,其移栽成活率比直接种植有较大幅度提高;采用移栽基质配比为3∶2的松树皮和红火山岩混合材料进行试管苗移栽,移栽苗根系发达、粗壮、苗生长快,移栽成活率可达98.5%;春季为铁皮石斛移植栽培的最好季节;吊篮种植和活树体附生种植都是理想的栽培方式。以此为基础,得到一套铁皮石斛工厂化育苗有效的试管苗移栽及原生态种植技术。Dendrobium officinale is a rare protected plant in China. Now on the verge of extinction, is a precious Chinese herbal medicine.Based on the factory production seedling raising and ecological cultivation technology were studied factory production seedling raising and ecological cultivation technology. The technological process, tube seedlings transplanting conditions, and ecological cultivation methods were optimized. The results showed the transplanting seedlings survival rate was higher than direct planting. The mixed material of pine bark and rock(3∶2) was used to transplanting the tube seedlings, transplanting seedlings with developed, robust root system, and fast seedling growth. The transplanting survival rate can reach 98.5%. Spring is the best season for transplantation. Hanging basket planting and living tree epiphytic planting are ideal cultivation methods,and effective tube seedling transplanting and planting techniques were obtained.
