摘  要:利用全收粪法和三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)法评定日粮添加硒对蓝狐营养物质消化率的影响。选取体重相近的健康雄性蓝狐30只,随机分为2组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只,分别饲喂基础日粮和在基础日粮基础上添加0.2 mg/kg硒的日粮;分别利用全收粪法和Cr2O3法测定2组蓝狐干物质(DM)、蛋白质(CP)、脂肪(EE)和碳水化合物(CF)的消化率。结果表明,日粮中添加硒能够显著提高蓝狐对DM、CP、EE和CF的消化率(P <0.05),粪便中Cr2O3的回收率降低(P <0.05);利用Cr2O3法测定上述4种营养物质消化率比全收粪法测定的结果高。基础日粮组利用全收粪法和Cr2O3法测定的DM、CP、EE和CF消化率显著相关(P <0.05),而添加硒组利用2种方法测定的DM消化率显著相关(P <0.05),其他各指标间无显著的相关关系(P> 0.05)。因此,日粮中添加硒可促进蓝狐对营养物质的消化利用,但会降低Cr2O3在粪便中的回收率。当蓝狐日粮中硒含量不足0.1 mg/kg时,Cr2O3法测定的各营养物质消化率与全收粪法测定结果显著相关,但结果较全收粪法高。To investigate the effect of dietary selenium supplementation on nutrient digestibility of blue foxes by total feces collection method and Cr2O3 method. Thirty healthy male blue foxes of similar body weight were randomly divided into 2 groups of 15 animals each. One group fed the basal diet and the other group fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.2 mg/kg selenium. The digestibility of dry matter(DM),protein(CP), fat(EE) and carbohydrate(CF) in two groups of blue foxes were determined by total feces collection method and Cr2O3 method. The results showed that the dietary selenium supplementation group significantly increased in the digestibility of DM, CP, EE and CF(P < 0.05), and reduced in the recovery rate of Cr2O3 in feces(P < 0.05). The digestibility of the above four nutrients determined by Cr2O3 method was higher than that determined by total feces collection method. The digestibility rates of DM, CP, EE and CF measured by total feces collection and Cr2O3 method were significantly correlated in the basal diet group(P < 0.05). However, the DM digestibility measured by the two methods in the selenium supplementation group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant correlation other indicators(P > 0.05).There was a significant correlation between DM digestibility measured by two methods in the selenium supplementation group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant correlation between the other indicators(P > 0.05). Therefore, the dietary selenium supplementation can promote the digestion of nutrients in blue foxes, but decreased the recovery rate of Cr2O3 in feces. When the selenium content in blue fox diet was less than 0.1 mg/kg, the digestibility of each nutrient determined by Cr2O3 method was moderately correlated with the result of total feces collection method, but the results were higher than those of total feces collection method.
