摘 要:旨在探究灵芝孢子粉破壁前后水分、总灰分、浸出物、多糖及总三萜含量的变化,为市售灵芝孢子粉产品的质量评价及临床应用提供理论依据。参照2015版《中国药典》四部通则方法分别测定灵芝孢子粉的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物及重金属含量等;采用显微和薄层色谱法对灵芝孢子粉进行性状鉴别;采用紫外-分光光度法对灵芝孢子粉中粗多糖、总三萜含量进行测定。结果显示,在显微镜下,未破壁灵芝孢子粉呈完整卵形,破壁孢子粉呈不规则碎片;10批破壁与未破壁孢子粉水分平均含量分别为8.16%、10.77%;总灰分平均含量分别为0.87%、0.64%;酸不溶性灰分平均含量分别为0.31%、0.16%;浸出物平均含量分别为5.86%、7.48%;多糖平均含量分别为1.54%、0.99%;总三萜平均含量分别为4.22%、2.32%。说明灵芝孢子粉破壁前后化学成分含量有差异,破壁孢子粉主要成分多糖与总三萜含量均高于未破壁孢子粉,因此认为破壁的灵芝孢子粉质量优于未破壁的灵芝孢子粉。In order to provide theoretical basis for the quality evaluation and clinical application of the commercially available Ganoderma lucidum spore powder products, the water, total ash, leachate, polysaccharide and total triterpenoids before and after the breakage of G lucidum spore powder were investigated. Follow the general principles and methods of the fourth part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 2015 Edition,the water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, extract and heavy metal content of G lucidum spore powder were determined. The traits of G lucidum spore powder were identified by microscopic and thin-layer chromatography. Crude polysaccharides and total triterpenoids in G.lucidum spore powder were determinated by UV-spectrophotometry.The microscopic images showed that the unbroken G lucidum spore powder was completely oval, and the broken spore powder was irregularly fragmented;the average moisture content of 10 batches of broken and unbroken spore powder was 8.16% and 10.77%, respectively;the average ash content was 0.87% and 0.64%, respectively;the average content of acid-insoluble ash was 0.31% and 0.16%, respectively;the average content of extract was 5.86% and 7.48%, respectively;the average content of polysaccharide was 1.54% and 0.99%, respectively;the average content of total triterpenes was 4.22% and 2.32%, respectively.The content of chemical constituents of G lucidum spore powder was different before and after breaking. The content of polysaccharide and total triterpenoids of broken spore powder was higher than that of unbroken spore powder. Therefore, it is considered that the quality of broken ganoderma spore powder is better than that of unbroken ganoderma spore powder.
