摘 要:通过对不同产地、生长年限、采收期京大戟和甘遂中大戟二烯醇的含量测定与分析,来确定京大戟和甘遂的最佳产地、生长年限及采收期。采用HPLC法测定市售京大戟和甘遂药材中大戟二烯醇的质量分数,评价市售甘遂和京大戟质量状况。试验所采集的不同产地的京大戟和甘遂共18个批次样品中有15个批次样品的大戟二烯醇含量达到了2015版《中国药典》规定的大戟二烯醇含量标准,总样品合格率为83.3%。其中江苏产的京大戟中大戟二烯醇含量最高(6.89%),广西产的大戟二烯醇含量最低(5.59%)且未达到药典规定含量;山西产的甘遂中大戟二烯醇含量最高(2.72%),陕西产的大戟二烯醇含量最低(2.11%)。2种药材中大戟二烯醇含量随着生长年限的变化而改变,其中,3年生京大戟及2年生甘遂中大戟二烯醇含量最高。京大戟在秋季采收、甘遂在春季采收时大戟二烯醇含量最高。本研究可为确定京大戟和甘遂最佳生长年限及采收期提供科学依据。The contents of euphol in Euphorbia pekinensis and Euphorbia kansui in different regions,different growing years and different harvest time were determined. The best regions, the best growing years and the best harvest time were obtained according to the content of euphol. the euphol was the main active ingredient in E. pekinensis and E. kansui, and the content were used to evaluate the best growing regions, growing years and harvest time. Here, HPLC method was used to determine the mass fraction of euphol in E. pekinensis and E. kansui,the quality of E. kansui and E. pekinensis in the market was evaluated. 15 of the 18 batches of E. pekinensis and E. kansui from three regions met the standard for the content of euphol stipulated in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the total sample acceptance rate was83.3%. The mass fraction of euphol in E. pekinensis from Jiangsu Province was the highest(6.89%),and that from Guangxi Province was the lowest(5.59%) which didn’t reach the Pharmacopoeia standard.The mass fraction of euphol in E. kansui in Shanxi Province was the highest(2.72%) and from Shaanxi Province was the lowest(2.11%).The content of euphol in E. pekinensis and E. kansui changes with the growing years, among which the three-years-old E. pekinensis and the two-years-old E. kansui were the highest. Compared with the different harvest times, E. pekinensis harvested in the spring and E. kansui harvested in the autumn have the highest mass fraction of euphol. This study can provide scientific basis of the best growing years and harvest time of E. pekinensis and E. kansui.
