摘　　要：喷涂速凝沥青橡胶防水涂料属于一种新型环保防水材料,具有很强的断裂伸长率和抗穿刺性,同时还能够与混凝土有效结合,因此被推荐应用于地铁建设的防水施工中。本文以厦门地铁2号线工程为背景,阐述了喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料在地铁矿山法区间的应用,包括基本原理、特点、施工流程和注意事项等。通过采用喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料施工地铁区间隧道防水层,提高了隧道防水工程的施工工效,缩短了施工工期,实现隧道内"皮肤式"防水,降低了施工成本节省了后期修复费用,可以为类似工程施工提供参考。Spraying quick-setting asphalt rubber waterproof coating belongs to a new type of environmental protection waterproof material,which has strong elongation at break and puncture resistance,and can be effectively combined with concrete,so it is recommended to be applied in the waterproof construction of metro construction. Based on the Xiamen metro line 2 project,this paper expounds the application of spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating in metro mining area,including the basic principle,characteristics,construction process and matters needing attention. Spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating was used to construct the waterproof layer of metro tunnel,the construction efficiency of the tunnel waterproof is improved,the construction period is shortened,and the "skin type" waterproof inside the tunnel is realized,which reduces the construction cost and saves the repair expense in the later period. The results of research can provide reference for the similar project.
