摘　　要：互联网背景下创造了基于实体商业之上的虚拟商业空间冲击着实体商业的发展。为主动适应经济发展新态势,本文通过分析漳州市中心城区商业网点现存的突出问题,结合实际,提出相应的规划对策,通过统一规划布局,协调业态,对中心城区商业网点进行布局优化,探索构建与漳州城市发展相适应的现代商业网点体系。Under the background of the Internet,a virtual commercial space based on real commerce has been created,impacting the development of real commerce.In order to actively adapt to the new situation of economic development,this paper analyzes the existing prominent problems of commercial outlets in the central city of Zhangzhou,and puts forward corresponding planning countermeasures in combination with the actual situation.Through unified planning and layout,coordination of formats,the layout of commercial outlets in the central city is optimized,and a modern commercial outlet system suitable for Zhangzhou’s urban development is explored and constructed.
