摘  要:本文结合水系发达型滨海城市交通系统抗震防灾的特点,基于系统连通可靠性理论分析,从网络系统规划的角度出发,从系统层面提出了该类城市交通系统抗震防灾规划提升策略,探讨了连接单元选择、连接单元规划等关键问题,提出了具体的规划措施,可为该类城市的抗震防灾规划提供参考。Considering the characteristics of coastal urban traffic system with developed river system,based on the theoretical analysis of system connectivity reliability,and from the perspective of network system planning,this paper puts forward the strategy for upgrading the planning of earthquake resistance and disaster prevention of this kind of urban traffic system from the system level.The key issues such as connection unit selection and connection unit planning are discussed,and specific planning measures are proposed,which can provide reference for earthquake-resistant and disaster prevention planning of such cities.
