池州野生黑灵芝多糖的提取及性质研究

摘　　要：为了进一步开发我国传统中草药中的活性和保健成分,以池州山区野生灵芝为研究对象,通过水热提取和乙醇沉淀,采用单因素和三水平三因素正交表L9(34)设计试验,经分析计算确定灵芝多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度80℃,浸提时间35 min,料液比1∶20,提取3次,灵芝多糖的提取率可达到5.45 mg/g;经红外光谱图分析,多糖为β-吡喃葡聚糖。In order to further develop traditional Chinese herbal medicine and health care ingredients,Chizhou Ganoderma lucidum as the research object in our study,by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation,using the 3 factors of single factors and three levels orthogonal table L9(34)design of experiment,the analysis and calculation to determine the optimum ext-raction conditions of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide,temperature 80℃,the leaching time of 35 min,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,extracting 3 times,the yield of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide reached 5.45 mg/g.The polysaccharides were determined by IR spectra,shows that wasβ-pyran glucan.
