摘 要:为了提高大直径超薄壁螺旋焊管管坯成型过程中的稳定性,提高钢管几何精度,降低管坯开缝、错边缺陷几率,对大直径超薄壁螺旋焊管成型难点进行了分析并提出了改进方法。通过设计安装在线内撑辊装置和错边压平装置来提升成型器对管坯管型的控制能力。方案实施后成功试制了Q345NS钢级Φ3020 mm×12 mm大直径超薄壁螺旋埋弧焊管。应用结果表明,该优化改进方案可有效控制大直径超薄壁螺旋焊管的直径、椭圆度公差,降低管坯开缝引起的内焊烧穿缺陷和焊缝错边的几率,实现了大直径超薄壁螺旋焊管精确稳定成型的目的。In order to improve the stability of the forming process of the large-diameter and ultrathin-walled spiral welded pipe blank,improve the geometric accuracy of the steel pipe,and reduce the probability of the defects such as the opening and staggering of the pipe blank,the forming difficulties of the large-diameter and ultrathin-walled spiral welded pipe are analyzed and the improvement methods are put forward.Through the design and installation of the on-line inner supporting roller device and the stagger flattening device,the control ability of the shaper to the tube blank and tube shape is improved.After the implementation of the scheme,Q345NS steel gradeΦ3020 mm×12 mm large diameter ultrathin-walled spiral submerged arc welded pipe was successfully trial manufactured.The application results show that the optimized scheme can effectively control the diameter and ovality tolerance of the large-diameter and ultrathin-walled spiral welded pipe,reduce the internal welding burn through defects and the possibility of weld misalignment caused by the opening of the tube blank,and achieve the purpose of the accurate and stable forming of the large-diameter and ultrathin-walled spiral welded pipe.
