摘　　要：针对炼钢部二区钢包自开率低的问题,进行了各种原因分析和研究,对影响的关键因素如引流砂材质、座砖形状以及生产节奏的控制等进行改进,最终解决了钢包自开率低的问题。In view of the low self-opening rate of the steel ladle in the second district of steelmaking department,various reasons analysis and research are carried out,and the key factors such as the material of ladle filler sand,the shape of the pocket blook and the control of the production are both improved,and the problem of low self-opening rate is finally solved.
