电力安全工器具“五统一”同质化规范管理的研究

摘　　要：随着供电企业安全生产的重要性的逐步提高,电力安全工器具规范化管理的重要性愈发凸显。供电企业电力安全工器具应用主体多样、管理标准不统一,造成管理不规范、现场违章多发。结合供电企业电力安全工器具管理的实践经验,开展"五统一"同质化规范管理,加强了对电力安全工器具的统一集中管理,提升了管理效果。With the increasing importance of safety production in power supply enterprises, the significance of standardized management of electric power safety tools and apparatus has become prominent. Due to the diversity of application subjects and the inconsistent management standards of electric power safety tools and apparatus in power supply enterprises, the management is not standardized and violations occur frequently on the spot. Combined with the practical experience of electric power safety tools and apparatus management in power supply enterprises, the "Five Unification" homogeneity standardized management is implemented and the unified and centralized management of electric power safety tools and apparatus is strengthened, which improves management effectiveness.
