摘  要:针对电力作业传统管控模式无法全面覆盖辖区所有作业现场,存在盲区、远程监控乏力等问题,充分运用物联网技术,构建一体化管控平台,建立"传统安全+物联网安全"双管齐下的新型管控模式,实现了基于RFID的可移动电子围栏检测系统、基于运动目标检测的人员行为轨迹监控系统、基于便携式设备的安全监控系统、基于GPS的车辆定位监控系统和一体化智慧监管云平台,提升了电力现场作业的管控水平。In view of the fact that the traditional management and control mode of power operation cannot cover all the work sites in the jurisdiction, and there exist blind spots, remote monitoring and other problems etc., the internet of things technology is fully used and an integrated management and control platform is built. Meanwhile, a new management mode based on "traditional safety plus internet of things safety" is established. Some achievements are realized, such as mobile electronic fence detection system using RFID, personnel behavior trace monitoring system with the help of moving target detection technology, safety monitoring system with portable devices, vehicle location monitoring system based on GPS and integrated intelligent supervision cloud platform, which can enhance the management and control level of electrical work sites.
