摘　　要：采用系统原因的分析方法,建立风险控制模型,对某电厂旋转吊运起重作业事件进研究,从工具选择、工艺风险和材质缺陷方面总结旋转吊运起重作业风险管控措施,为起重作业安全管理提供借鉴。By using the method of systematic cause analysis, the risk control model is established to study the rotating hoisting crane operation event of a power plant. The risk control measures of rotating hoisting crane operation are summarized from the aspects of tool selection, process risk and material defect, which provides a reference for the crane operation safety management.
