摘 要:厘清和把握能源互联网的发展状况,对于其规划和可持续发展具有重要意义。紧扣能源互联网的内涵及发展内容和目标,从工程项目、低碳高效、增值服务三个维度设计了包含23个单项指标的能源互联网发展评价指标体系,构建了能源互联网发展评价的熵权物元模型,对2013-2017年中国能源互联网的发展状况进行了评价。结果表明,2013年以来,中国能源互联网从萌芽期发展到起步期,并正向成长期阶段转变;从2017年看,技术成熟度、电网综合线损率、用户满意度、教育培训等4个权重较大的指标,其发展水平还有待提升。Understanding and grasping the development of China’s energy internet is quite important for its related planning and sustainable development. Based on the design of the comprehensive evaluation index system of China’s energy internet development, considering the three dimensions(project, low-carbon and high-efficiency, value-added services) with 23 indexes, China’s energy internet development status was evaluated from 2013 to 2017 by the entropy weight matter-element model proposed in this paper. The results showed that, China’s energy internet has evolved from its forming stage to the initial stage since 2013, and is transmitting to the stage of growth;from 2017, four indicators(the technical maturity, grid comprehensive line loss rate, customer satisfaction, education and training) which account for a large proportion have not been rated high. Finally, measures and suggestions for the development of China’s energy internet are given based on the analysis of the factors restricting the development.
