摘  要:针对50 kg/m钢轨6号对称道岔在车辆溜放过程中存在的脱线问题,计算车辆以30 km/h的速度通过道岔时的脱轨系数为0.6。将既有道岔滑床板的刚性扣压及轨撑结构改为取消轨撑的弹性扣压,以减小道岔的横向刚度,增大列车过岔时基本轨的横向扩张量,减小车轮爬上钢轨的风险。结构优化后,计算得到车辆通过转辙器时基本轨的横向扩张量可以达到3 mm,且无脱轨事故发生。In order to solve the problem of off-track in the process of vehicle slip of 50 kg/m rail No.6 symmetrical turnout,the derailment coefficient of vehicle passing through the turnout at the speed of 30 km/h was calculated to be 0.6.In order to reduce the transverse rigidity of the turnout,increase the transverse expansion of the stock rail when the train passes the turnout,and reduce the risk of the wheel climbing on the rail,the rigid buckling of the sliding bed of the existing turnout and the elastic buckling of the rail brace are replaced by canceling the elastic buckling of the rail brace.After the optimization of the structure,it is calculated that the lateral expansion of the basic rail can reach 3 mm when the vehicle passes through the switch,and no derailment accident occurs.
