摘　　要：以新近投资的广西南宁建筑工业化基地为例,分析政策需求和市场现状,科学布局基地,确定产品定位,并从南宁实际出发推荐可行性较强的租赁场站经营模式。It takes the recently invested Guangxi Nanning construction industrialization base as an example. It analyzes of policy needs and market conditions,scientifically layouts base,determines product positioning. And It recommends a feasible business operation models of rental station based on Nanning reality.
