摘 要:以内蒙古某电厂2种不同类型粉煤灰为研究对象,采用硫酸铵/硫酸混合体系焙烧粉煤灰提取其中的铝,在分析粉煤灰成分和物相的基础上,研究焙烧温度、焙烧时间、物料配比对2种粉煤灰中铝提取率的影响。通过X线衍射和扫描电镜分析,对熟料溶出渣的物相和形貌进行表征。研究结果表明:硫酸铵/硫酸体系对不同类型粉煤灰中铝的提取影响差异较大,在焙烧温度为450℃、焙烧时间为2.0 h、硫酸铵和硫酸加入质量为理论质量2倍的条件下,疏松多孔型粉煤灰和光滑致密型粉煤灰的铝提取率分别为98%和67%。Two different types of fly ashes in Inner Mongolia were studied.Aluminum was extracted from fly ashes fired in ammonium sulfate/sulfuric acid mixture system.Based on the analysis of composition and phase of fly ash,the exaction of Al2O3 was studied.The mixture of fly ash and ammonium bisulfate/sulfuric acid was roasted at different temperatures,time and the ratios of the materials.The phase structure and microstructure of clinker and slag were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the influence of ammonium sulfate/sulfuric acid system on the extraction of aluminum in different types of fly ashes is quite different.When the practics mass to theory mass of ammonium bisulfate/sulfuric acid is 2 times,the extraction ratio of aluminum of loose porous fly ash and compact fly ash is 98%and 67%respectively at 450℃for 2.0 h.
