摘　　要：地方高校的科技创新能力与区域经济发展有着紧密的联系。本文以沈阳的21所高校为样本,采用因子分析法进行实证分析。选取5个一级指标、14个二级指标,以2017年数据进行态分析,分析各高校科技创新能力的现状;以2012-2017年数据进行势分析,分析各高校科技创新能力的发展趋势。并根据态、势分析的结果,得出若干结论和建议。Local universities'scientific and technological(S&T)innovation ability is closely related to regional economic development.The paper takes 21 universities in Shenyang as a sample and uses factor analysis to conduct empirical analysis.The paper selects 5 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators to analyze the situation of these universities'S&T innovation abilities in 2017.Then the paper uses 2012-2017 data to analyze the development trend of these universities'S&T innovation abilities.According to the results of the situation and trend's analysis,the paper puts forward several conclusions and suggestions.
