P对Al-Si18合金变质效果的影响

摘　　要：在Al-Si18合金中加入P盐,研究不同含量的P盐和变质时间对应的显微组织以及热分析曲线。利用金相显微镜观察Al-Si18合金加入P盐变质剂前后的金相组织,使用热分析仪测定热分析曲线,并结合其一阶导数曲线来分析热分曲线上的特征值——所需过冷度。结果表明:Al-Si18合金组织的初晶硅细化且其菱角钝化;随P盐变质剂含量的增加,初晶硅的变质效果提升,加入量为1.0%时变质效果最佳;在相同P盐加入量的情况下,变质时间为15min时,变质效果最佳。P salt was added to the Al-Si18 alloy to study the microstructure and thermal analysis curves of different contents of P salt and metamorphic time.The metallographic structure of Al-Si18 alloy before and after the addition of P-salt modifier was observed by metallographic microscope.The thermal analysis curve was determined by thermal analyzer and its first derivative curve was used to analyze the characteristic value on the heat score curve-required subcooling.The results show that the primary silicon of the Al-Si18 alloy structure is refined and its water core is passivated;with the increase of the content of P salt modifier,the metamorphic effect of primary silicon increases,and the metamorphism effect is the best when the addition amount is 1.0%;in the case of the same amount of P salt added,the deterioration effect is best when the deterioration time is 15 min.
