摘　　要：创新文化是提升科技创新软实力的重要方面,科研机构要重视创新文化建设,为科研创新营造和谐的科研环境。文章以中国农业科学院植物保护研究所(以下简称"植保所")为例,阐述了创新文化的内涵,从创新文化建设要与中心工作高度融合,以及培育理念文化、构建制度文化、推广标识文化、建设园区文化、重视廉洁文化等方面总结了植保所加强创新文化建设所采取的举措,并提出了领导高度重视,铸就文化灵魂;坚持党建引领,坚定文化自信;围绕中心工作,加强文化建设等加强科研院所创新文化建设的建议。Innovative culture is very important for improving the soft power of science and technology innovation. Scientific research institutes should pay more attention to the construction of innovative culture to create a harmonious and good environment for scientific research and innovation. Taking Institute of Plant Protection of CAAS as an example, content of innovative culture was described in the paper. The suggestions for innovative culture construction was also put forward, i.e., the construction of innovative culture should be highly integrated with central tasks in agricultural scientific research institutes and strengthened by cultivating idea culture, constructing system culture, promoting logo culture, managing park culture and paying more attention to clean and honest culture. It was also suggested that leaders should pay attention to this work and create cultural soul, insisting on under the leadership of party construction and enhancing cultural confidence, and strengthening cultural construction centre on major tasks.
