摘 要:目的快速构建虚拟康复训练系统的用户心智模型,从根本上提高用户在虚拟康复训练过程中的有效性和愉悦性。方法先将用户需求与虚拟康复训练的行为流程相结合,构建通用的用户心智模型,然后运用Kano模型对目标用户的需求进行需求分类和重要度排序,将其映射到通用用户心智模型中,以此分析与梳理出目标用户在虚拟康复训练中的重点设计要求,最后根据设计要求进行系统设计。结论以构建青少年使用虚拟康复训练系统的心智模型为例,验证了此方法的可行性和高效性,有效提高了不同用户群体对虚拟康复训练系统的需求获取效率,为虚拟康复训练系统设计方案的规划与展开提供了设计指导基础。The work aims to quickly construct the user mental model of the virtual rehabilitation training system,and fundamentally improve the effectiveness and pleasure of the user in the virtual rehabilitation training process.Firstly,combine user needs with the behavioral processes of virtual rehabilitation training to build a common user mental model.Then the Kano model is used to classify and classify the needs of the target users,and map them to the common user mental model to analyze and sort out the key design requirements of the target users in the virtual rehabilitation training.Finally,the system design is based on the design requirements.Taking the mental behavior affinity graph model of adolescents using virtual rehabilitation system as an example,the feasibility and efficiency of this method are verified.Provides a design guidance basis for the planning and deployment of virtual rehabilitation training system design.
