摘　　要：直径60m水泥熟料库库顶钢结构采用双层螺栓球节点网架结构,文章介绍了该网架的结构选型,荷载、材料、设计参数的确定,以及弹簧支座的选取。并对该网架进行了静力分析和动力分析,探讨了拉链机荷载、熟料温度荷载、设备振动等问题对网架结构的影响,为该类型的网架设计提供了参考。The steel structure at the top of 60m diameter cement clinker storehouse adopts double-layer bolted ball joint grid structure.This paper introduces the structure selection of the grid,the determination of load,material,design parameters and the selection of spring support.The static and dynamic analysis of the grid is carried out,and the effects of zipper machine load,clinker temperature load and equipment vibration on the grid structure are discussed,which provides a reference for the design of this type of grid.
