糖尿病合并复发性带状疱疹的临床特点及治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:探析合并复发性带状疱疹的糖尿病患者临床特点、治疗方案与预后质量。方法:选取本院2016年-2019年间诊疗确认存在复发性带状疱疹且符合糖尿病诊断标准的患者48例,对其临床相关资料进行分析并归纳此类患者的发病特点、治疗思路。结果:在所有患者中有43例患者复发1次,其余5例患者复发2次。在接受针对性治疗干预后病情得到控制,恢复正常。结论:对糖尿病合并复发性带状疱疹患者应该及时掌握病情,积极调整血糖指标,改善带状疱疹症状,避免发生带状疱疹后遗神经痛,全面改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis quality of diabetic patients with recurrent herpes zoster.Methods 48 patients with recurrent herpes zoster confirmed by diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from 2016 to 2019 were analyzed.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively and their characteristics and treatment ideas were summarized.Results Of all the patients,43 had recurrence once,and the other 5 had recurrence twice.After receiving targeted treatment intervention,the condition was controlled and returned to normal.Conclusion Diabetes mellitus patients with recurrent herpes zoster should timely grasp the condition,actively adjust blood sugar indicators,improve herpes zoster,avoid complications of post-herpes zoster neuralgia,and comprehensively improve the quality of life of patients.
