摘 要:目的:探究产时胎心减速区面积监护预测新生儿酸中毒的效果。方法:抽取2017年3月-2019年5月在我院住院分娩的产妇共80例为对象,以pH值为标准进行分组,其中pH值<7.2产妇作为酸中毒组,pH值≥7.2产妇作为非酸中毒组,每组40例。对两组产妇产时胎心减速区面积、分娩结局及产程时间等进行比较。结果:酸中毒组产妇新生儿窒息发生率显著高于非酸中毒组,分娩前30min酸中毒产妇减速区面积显著大于非酸中毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇产程时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:产时胎心减速区面积监护能够预测新生儿酸中毒情况,但是其灵敏度不理想,必要时可联合其他指标对新生儿情况进行预测以保证准确性及新生儿安全。Objective To explore the effect of intrapartum monitoring of decelerated area of fetal heart rate in predicting neonatal acidosis.Methods 80 parturients who delivered in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the standard of pH value.The parturients whose pH value was less than 7.2 were set as acidosis group,and those whose pH value was more than 7.2 were set as non-acidosis group,with 40 cases in each group.The area of deceleration zone of fetal heart during delivery,the outcome of delivery and the duration of labor were examined and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of neonatal asphyxia in acidosis group was significantly higher than that in non-acidosis group.The area of deceleration zone in acidosis group was significantly larger than that in non-acidosis group 30 minutes before delivery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The area monitoring of deceleration zone of fetal heart during delivery can predict neonatal acidosis well,but its sensitivity is not ideal.If necessary,other indicators can be combined to predict neonatal acidosis to ensure accuracy and neonatal safety.
