摘 要:水环真空泵是大型机组凝汽器常用的抽气设备,但在夏季工况其抽气能力会因工作液温度过高而显著下降,从而严重影响凝汽器真空。如果发生汽蚀,还会造成叶轮损坏,增加检修工作量和成本。通过对利用冷冻水作为水环泵工作液的冷却介质,在水环泵入口串联射气式抽气器、在水环泵入口串联罗茨真空泵、利用地下水作为水环泵工作液的冷却介质等4种应对措施的6个案例进行对比研究,从改造效果、系统复杂程度、安全经济性等多个方面进行了分析比较,并提出了3种综合性能较好的推荐方案,供电厂技术改造时参考。The water ring vacuum pump is a common pumping device in large unit.But under summer conditions,its pumping capability will decreased significantly by working fluid over high temperature.In this situation,the vacuum of condenser will be influenced seriously.If the cavitation occured,the workloads and costs will increase by impellers damaged.This paper has compared and studied six cases which based on four countermeasures.These countermeasures include using chilled water as cooling medium of water ring pump's working fluid,connecting steam jet air ejector at inlet of water ring pump,connecting roots vacuum pump at inlet of water ring pump and using groundwater as cooling medium of water ring pump's working fluid.We have analyzed and compared from many aspects such as reconstruction effect,system complexity,safety and economic.Finally,we proposed three recommended schemes with better comprehensive properties which could be used as a reference for technical transformation of power plant.
