摘  要:某电厂50MW背压式热电联产机组在启机阶段出现振动及胀差波动大的现象,并最终导致转子弯曲、轴封磨损的严重问题。通过对汽机本体运行状态监测数据进行综合分析,确认故障原因为暖机不够充分引起转子过量形变、轴振上升,并出现较为严重的碰摩,进一步加剧振动,最终导致停机、惰走时间大幅缩短。经缸体解体检查,验证了上述分析,并提出了相应的整改方案。Back pressure units are widely used in industrial production,and their safety and stability are important.The steam turbine back pressure cogeneration unit of a power plant has a large fluctuation of vibration and differential expansion during the start-up phase of the unit,and finally leads to the problem of severe bending and shaft seal wear.In response to the above problems,the actual operating data was used for analysis,and it was found that the insufficient warm-up caused the shaft vibration to rise and the wear occurred during the idle travel.On this basis,the corresponding rectification suggestions and solutions were put forward.This paper has great reference value for the safety of rotor deformation in the 50MW unit during the start-up process.
