摘　　要：目的:分析椎间盘源性下腰痛患者采纳针灸+臭氧治疗的临床效果及对患者预后的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月本院收治的80例椎间盘源性下腰痛患者,按随机数字表法分组,分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予臭氧治疗,研究组给予针灸+臭氧治疗。比较两组临床疗效、VAS评分、JOA评分、ODI指数。结果:研究组临床总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗4周后VAS评分、ODI指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗4周后JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸+臭氧治疗方法在椎间盘源性下腰痛治疗中取得了显著成效,患者疼痛感明显缓解,且腰椎功能改善,疗效显著,值得借鉴。Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture plus ozone therapy in patients with discogenic low back pain and its influence on patient prognosis. Method: A total of 80 patients with discogenic low back pain admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received ozone treatment, and the study group received acupuncture combined with ozone treatment. The clinical efficacy, VAS score, JOA score and ODI index of the two groups were compared. Result: The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 90.00%, significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, VAS score and ODI index in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The JOA score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with ozone therapy has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of low back pain caused by intervertebral disc. The pain of the patients is obviously relieved, and the lumbar function is improved, the effect is significant, which is worth learning.
