阿托伐他汀钙片辅助治疗高血压肾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙片辅助贝那普利治疗高血压肾病的效果。方法:将2015年3月-2018年3月本院收治的98例高血压肾病患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组49例予以贝那普利治疗,研究组49例加以阿托伐他汀钙片辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、总胆固醇(TC)、血清肌酸酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、内皮素(ET)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预前DBP、SBP、TC、LDL、BUN、Scr、β2-MG、Cys-C、ET、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组干预后各指标均低于干预前,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(14.29%)与对照组(8.16%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙片辅助贝那普利治疗高血压肾病可有效改善患者血压及血脂水平,改善肾功能及内皮功能,疗效确切,且不良反应较低。Objective:To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Benazepril in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.Method:A total of 98 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.49 patients in the control group were treated with Benazepril and 49 patients in the study group were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets.The clinical efficacy,diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),low density lipoprotein(LDL),total cholesterol(TC),serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(Cys-C),β2 microglobulin(β2-MG),endothelin(ET),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in DBP,SBP,TC,LDL,BUN,Scr,β2-MG,Cys-C,ET,TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels between two groups before intervention(P>0.05),the indexes of two groups after intervention were lower than those of before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(14.29%)and the control group(8.16%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Benazepril in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy can effectively improve blood pressure and lipid levels,improve renal function and endothelial function,with definite efficacy and low adverse reactions.
