厄贝沙坦联合钙离子拮抗剂治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合钙离子拮抗剂治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的效果。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年11月在本院门诊治疗的2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的老年患者76例,按治疗方式分为对照组和研究组,各38例。对照组仅使用厄贝沙坦进行治疗,研究组使用厄贝沙坦联合钙离子拮抗剂左旋氨氯地平进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果、Upro、SBP、DBP、Scr变化情况以及出现心血管事件的概率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后各指标变化均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组出现心血管事件的概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者的过程中,厄贝沙坦联合钙离子拮抗剂治疗效果显著,值得在临床上多加推广与应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Irbesartan combined with calcium antagonist in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension.Method:A total of 76 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were divided into the control group and study group according to the treatment methods,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Irbesartan,the study group was treated with Irbesartan combined with Levamlodipine.The treatment efficiency,Upro,SBP,DBP and Scr changes and the probability of cardiovascular events of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in each indexes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the changes of each indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The probability of cardiovascular events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with calcium antagonist is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension,and it is worth of popularizing and applying in clinic.
