摘 要:目的探讨血必净联合抗菌药物在ICU重症肺炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月-2018年1月我院75例ICU重症肺炎患者为研究对象,根据随机原则将受试者进行分组,其中对照组37例患者接受常规抗菌药物治疗,研究组38例患者在对照组的基础上联合血必净注射液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗情况及治疗前后各检查指标变化。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者治疗总有效率更高,两组比较存在统计学差异(P <0.05);研究组患者抗菌药物使用时间、机械通气时间及ICU停留时间均显著少于对照组(P <0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者心率、呼吸频率、急性生理与慢性健康评分(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation,APACHEⅡ评分)均明显降低,PaCO2/FiO2及PaO2水平均明显升高,且研究组显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论血必净联合抗菌药物可有效减少抗菌药物用量,缩短机械通气及ICU停留时间,改善各生命体征,疗效确切,对促进ICU重症肺炎患者病情康复具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing combined with antibiotics in the treatment of severe pneumonia in ICU. Methods 75 patients with severe pneumonia in ICU from January 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of randomization, the subjects were divided into two groups. 37 patients in the control group were treated with routine antimicrobial drugs, and 38 patients in the study group were treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of the control group. The treatment of the two groups was compared, the total effective rate, treatment and the changes of each examination index before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher, and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);the time of antibiotics use, mechanical ventilation and the time in ICU in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P < 0.05);Compared with before treatment, the heart rate, respiratory rate and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment(P < 0.05). PaCO2/FiO2 and PaO2 levels were significantly higher, and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing combined with antibiotics can effectively reduce the dosage of antibiotics, shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and the time of staying ICU, improve the vital signs, and have a definite curative effect.
