摘  要:针对多层点阵夹心结构的轻质化要求同其承压能力之间的问题,构建了多层点阵夹心结构的有限元模型,研究了层数、金字塔芯子单胞分布密度、薄板厚度、流体压力及不同材料种类对多层点阵夹心结构承压性能的影响。结果表明,较大的层数、芯子单胞分布密度及薄板厚度均会有效提升多层点阵夹心结构的承压能力,但会增大该结构的质量;较大的流体压力会对多层点阵夹心结构中薄板及芯子单胞的组成提出较高的要求;弹性模量较大的材料所制备的多层点阵夹心结构的承载能力也较高。To solve the problem of light weight requirement and pressure bearing capacity,the finite element model(FEM)of multilayer lattice sandwich structure was established.The effects of number of layers,the distribution density of pyramid sandwich,the thickness of sheet,the fluid pressure and different materials on the pressure bearing capacity were analyzed.The results showed that increasing the number of layers,the distribution density of pyramid sandwich and the thickness of sheet could improve the pressure bearing capacity of multilayer lattice sandwich structure,however the structure mass could be increased as well.The structure requirement for the sheet and the pyramid sandwich was increased for larger fluid pressure.In addition,the pressure bearing capacity of multilayer lattice sandwich structure made of material with larger elastic modulus was enhanced.
