摘  要:针对反射面型面精度有较高要求的空间可展天线,设计出一种环向张拉弹性肋可展结构,通过可展桁架的变形实现结构的展开与收纳。展开状态下,环向索与反向张力索的拉力使弹性肋发生弯曲变形,将反射面分割为含有曲线边界的网格,从而提高反射面型面精度。结构具有较高的对称性,将反射面支撑结构部分的整体受力机理简化为单根大变形梁横向力作用下的弯曲变形问题,便于对天线型面进行精度的优化设计。采用遗传算法,以可展天线结构可能达到的型面精度为目标函数,对其几何参数及索力分布进行数值优化,并对设计变量的影响效果进行分析。结果表明:采用变截面梁作为弹性肋对型面误差的降低较为有效,反射面型面精度与天线焦径比、弹性肋数目等因素有关。In order to provide reflectors of space antennas that require high surface accuracy,a deployable structural system with circularly tensioned ribs was proposed.The deploying and the folding process of the structure was realized by the deformation of the deployable truss.In the deployed state,the ribs were bended by the tension of the hoop cables and the tie cables.Owing to the bending configuration,the reflect surface was dispersed into grids with curved edges,which could improve the surface accuracy.Based on the symmetricity of the structural system,the mechanic mechanism of the whole supporting structure was simplified as the large deformation of a single beam.The geometric parameters and the force distribution were numerically optimized using the genetic algorithm to minimize the error of the reflect surface.In addition,the effect of several design parameters was discussed.It was demonstrated that changing the height of the cross section was the most valid method in improving the accuracy.The surface accuracy was closely related to the ratio of the focal distance to diameter,and the number of the ribs.
