摘  要:加拿大青少年冰雪运动进行了研究,认为其发展特征如下:上下呼应、动员有力的冰雪运动组织发展体系;扎根社区、非盈利主导的冰雪运动场地设施;专职与志愿者并重的冰雪教练教师培养体系;丰富的青少年冰雪赛事体系;良好的冰雪运动文化传承与社会市场的广泛参与;学校以培养冰雪运动兴趣爱好为主。对我国发展青少年冰雪运动的启示如下:汇聚多方力量,传播冰雪运动文化;发力校园冰雪,全课程融入冰雪元素;借鉴国际成熟体系,着力培养初级冰雪教练员和指导员;丰富青少年冰雪运动参与项目,发展本土冰雪文化;创新模式降低冰雪运动参与成本,实况可持续发展。The Canadian youth winter sport development has the following characteristics:a powerful development system;winter sport facilities and organizations rooted in communities;a training system cultivating both full-time and volunteer winter sport coaches;a rich system of youth winter sport competitions;profound winter sport culture and extensive involvement of the market and the society;schools focusing on cultivating interest in winter sports.Suggestions are:involving multiple forces in the promotion of winter sports culture;strengthening the role of schools in promoting winter sports by injecting ice and snow elements in all courses;drawing on the mature system internationally,focusing on cultivating entry winter sports coaches/instructors;enriching youth winter sports and activities and grounded in local culture;innovating to reduce the participation cost of winter sports for sustainability.
