矿区土地复垦的新模式探析——以浙江省德清县洛舍镇东衡村实践为例

摘　　要：矿区土地复垦是当今我国土地研究方面的重要课题。本文从矿区复垦的理念和管理的角度出发,以浙江省德清县洛舍镇东衡村矿区复垦水田为例,提出了一个由政策引导、社会参与、因地制宜、创新资金筹措途径的矿区复垦新模式,该模式对粤港澳大湾区的矿区复垦具有现实性的指导意义,并给出了相关建议,以期为广东省及全国的矿区土地复垦提供参考。Land reclamation in mining areas is an important research topic in China today.This paper starts from the concept and management of mining areas'reclamation,takes the paddy field reclamation in mining area of Dongheng village,Luoshe town,Deqing county,Zhejiang province as an example,and puts forward a new model of mining area's reclamation guided by policies,social participation site-specific recommendations and innovative ways of raising funds.This new model has practical and important directive to mining areas'reclamation in Guangdong-Hongkong-Marco greater bay area.The aim of this study was to provide some new ideas for land reclamation in mining areas in Guangdong province and around the nation through this research and model analysis.
