摘　　要：橡胶密封产品是航空部件中不可缺少的重要配件,公司目前在制橡胶产品多达2000余种。由于公司重点投入核心制造技术的战略格局,导致公司内部尚无制造橡胶产品的硬件及软件能力,因此橡胶产品全部通过采购的形式满足生产需求。橡胶硫化工艺是直观不易发现,不易测量的产品内在质量特性的形成过程,属于特种工艺范畴,公司按照特殊过程的控制要求对其进行了管控。本文通过对供应商橡胶制造的流程进行总结梳理,并对橡胶硫化工艺的控制要素进行了深入的研究,总结出对橡胶制品的控制要点及实施手段,对公司外包橡胶产品的质量水品稳定及过程控制提升具有积极意义。Rubber sealing products are indispensable important parts in aviation components.The company currently mantifactuces more than 2,000 rubber products.Due to the company's strategic focus on core manufacturing technology,the company has no hardware and software capabilities to manufacture rubber products.Therefore,all rubber products meet the production needs through procurement.The rubber vulcanization process is an intuitive process that is difficult to find and difficult to measure.It is a special process category.The company controls it according to the control requirements of special processes.This paper summarizes the process of rubber manufacturing of suppliers and conducts in-depth research on the control elements of rubber vulcanization process.It summarizes the control points and implementation methods of rubber products,and stabilizes the quality and quality of rubber products of the company.Process control improvement is positive.
